1979 Datsun 160B
Car runs great, Got it taxed and been using it for a couple of months. But disaster struck. Traveling back for a classic car rally at Moffat on the weekend of the 30th June 2002. We had taken both Datsuns down 160BT and the 200B I was driving the 200B and my wife was driving 160BT. Anyway after a good weekend (apart from the weather) we drove both cars all the way home and with in 5 minutes from home my wife got caught at a set of traffic lights so I carried on home. When my mobile rang. She had been coming off a round about where she skidded on a small diesel spill and head long into a tree. the car I'm afraid is a total right off, Thankfully She walk away from the accident with cuts and bruising.
