I had to start but removing panels so that i could get access to the sections needing repaired. Off with the bonnet, both front wings, corner lamps and bumper

Then i had to strip the rusty metal off and clean up and metal that was good.

the support bar was in a bad way so i remove it completely

Fabricated a new support and fited in the new panel

I then seam sealed the welds and undersealed the underside and painted the panel.
